Coming Soon: Accentuated Eccentric Loading

The Accentuated Eccentric Loading feature, often referred to as “negative training,” supercharges muscle growth by emphasizing the lowering phase of an exercise, creating intense tension and stimulating hypertrophy. With this you can, for example, pump out 8 reps with 225 pounds in the concentric portion of the lift and 275 pounds in the eccentric portion of the lift, all directed by the PerSyst Power Assist System.
